When you place an order or get in touch, we collect what you give us directly: your phone number, and any order or booking details you provide (items, delivery/pickup preference, and similar). We don't currently run analytics or advertising trackers on these sites, and we don't ask for payment card details through the website — payment happens at the café or on delivery.

Solely to take and fulfil your order, confirm details with you by phone or messaging, and keep the business records any food business needs to keep. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Order details may be shared with the messaging and order-management tools we use to run the business, so staff can see and confirm your order. Our sites are hosted by a third-party web infrastructure provider, which processes standard web traffic logs (IP address, browser type) as part of running the service. We don't share your information with anyone else.

For as long as reasonably needed to fulfil your order and meet normal business record-keeping practice, then it's deleted or anonymised.

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — see Contact. These sites aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
